Norman, Dave, Paul and Marc made the annual trip to Loutraki, one hour’s drive from Athens. The course is a five day event, held at the Sports Camp just outside of Loutraki. A better course you could not find, the teaching from Sensei Vebo is first class. It is structured from start to finish giving students the chance to recover with intelligent training plans. The training ranges from full power techniques to soft techniques involving ibuki breathing methods.
Students from Greece, England, Sweden, Serbia, Portugal and Finland made it once again a true international course. We have made good friends from these countries and there is ample opportunity to socialise, having a beer and sitting by the pool.
